| Nick Evans, Chief Executive Officer |

Nick was the catalyst in the formation of F4F Agriculture and is now responsible as Chief Executive Officer for the overall performance of the Globalrange Group (F4F Agriculture, DBT and Adaptris). Nick has adopted a "leading from the front" approach in his management and development of the business which has engendered an ethos of taking responsibility and action.
Prior to forming the business in 2000, Nick worked his way up through the Bank of Scotland to become a Senior Director where he headed up the Agricultural Financial Services division. Nick's education, training and commercial experience, working with companies such as ICI, in the agri / food market has been a key ingredient in fuelling the success of the group.

| Jeff Bradshaw, Chief Technology Officer |

Jeff is responsible for the overall technical leadership of the company. He sets the development roadmap, and works with the Director of Development to deliver innovative software that the "field" organisation can take to market. Jeff also works with the operations team to ensure that the solutions deployed within the company's four data centres are always available. In addition to this, he liaises with customers, to ensure that solutions exceed their requirements, and grow with their business.
Jeff has spent his working life in the B2B arena. Prior to joining F4F Agriculture, Jeff worked with EDI and EAI industry leaders Perwill and Frontec (Axway) and end user organisations DHL, and Equitas. Jeff has been engaged as a consultant with many large partners including Progress and customers including British Airways, Scottish Widows, British Telecommunications, and Carrefour.

| Matt Hooker, Director of Operations |

Matt is responsible for the overall operational management of the technical services and delivery functions within the company. He oversees the efficient delivery of services by the technical support, integrations and managed services teams. Matt's key focus is to balance today's service delivery commitments with a continuous process improvement programme aimed at maximizing operational impact and effectiveness.
Matt also has a broader cross-functional responsibility for the delivery of critical business efficiency projects ranging from the evaluation of remote operations and service strategies to the implementation of internal systems and associated policies.
Prior to joining F4F Agriculture, Matt has worked with a number of international corporations such as DHL, GlaxoSmithKline and HSBC.

| Peter Leppan, Managing Director, South Africa |

Peter is responsible for all operations in South Africa. Having been involved in the formation and setup of our Johannesburg offices in 2007 Peter has now driven the company to profit and created new local communities in Agriculture with some of the largest and most influential businesses on the continent.
Prior to joining, Peter headed up a leading ecommerce company focused on logistics and supply chain services as General Manager. His involvement spanned the formation of the business to its service delivery in the automotive industry with the implementation of a world first collaborative solution between Suppliers, OEM's and Government. Peter's background in Consultancy and Management, with leading edge businesses, has enabled him to work successfully across a broad spectrum of industry and provided a considerable breadth of project experience.
Peter has always been involved in businesses that are pushing the envelope in terms of eCommerce and that are leading the way on how eCommerce positively impacts on business.

| Glen Andrews, Managing Director, Asia Pacific |

Glen has been leading the F4F Agriculture APAC business since 2006, and is responsible for business development, sales and key account management in addition to ongoing business management and strategic activities. Prior to taking on the role of Managing Director Glen was F4F Agriculture APAC's Technology Director from the day the business opened in Sydney in 2002. As such Glen has had strong exposure to many different aspects of the business and continues to contribute to the product and process development pipelines.
Previously, Glen worked as a consultant for Accenture (Andersen Consulting) and as the Project Manager for an agribusiness IT service provider, after originally working in the Chemical Engineering field for companies such as Western Mining Corporation and Sydney Water. |

| Neil Paton, Director of Client Services |

Neil is responsible for shaping and delivering solutions which meet the needs of our customer base in UK in Europe. In this role he works closely both with customers and with our technical team, not only on bespoke solutions, but also in the development of the F4F Agriculture product portfolio. Fluent in French and German, he has spent considerable time over the past few years helping the business development team to establish F4F Agriculture as a leading player in its European market.
Neil joined in 2002, having previously managed the IT department at McBride's, a Manchester-based manufacturer of private label personal care and cleaning materials. Prior to that he had spent 12 years with the chemical giant ICI, during which time he held a number of roles, including leading the UK Helpdesk operation and managing the implementation of an SAP system across six businesses in the heavy chemicals sector.

Mark is responsible for all sales, pre-sales, alliance and marketing and professional services across UK and Ireland. In addition to focusing his efforts on community development and management, Mark's provides a central resource in support of all international commercial and operational developments as required.
Prior to working with F4F Agriculture, Mark was the head of UK technical Services for IKON Inc, a global Document Solutions business specialising in IT Managed Services / Desktop Outsourcing / Print / Scan / Workflow solutions. Before working with IKON Mark was the Business Development Director for RCS Ltd, a leading IT technical network services and support business based in the Northwest of the UK.

| Martin Bernhard, Director of Business Development, Central and Eastern Europe |

Martin is responsible for all sales, pre-sales, alliance and marketing and professional services across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the eastern European Countries. Martin's primary focus is to ensure that the "field" organization has the proper alignment and execution capabilities necessary to deliver customer value and rapid market share growth.
Before joining F4F Agriculture, Martin served as Head of Professional Services and Business Director Europe of Elemica, a global Hub-company in the chemical industry.
Prior to this, he was VP of Product Management at Seeburger AG, Bretten, Germany, helping to drive substantial growth during a challenging market. Before Seeburger AG, Bernhard held executive leadership positions with Ironside Inc., Toronto, Kanada and Harbinger/Inovis, Atlanta, USA, where he worked for over 12 years in senior leadership positions.
