The flexibility of the Adapter’s structure of Channels, Workflows and Services allows you to model complex business processes by defining conditions and the services which must be executed in each scenario. And should some of those scenarios require human – rather than system – involvement at certain points, the eBus’ connection to the Gateways of the F4F B2B Platform means that the relevant people in your organisation or beyond can be notified by the most appropriate means…fax, e-mail or SMS.
